Dividend Information
The Company policy is to pay dividends for shareholders not less than 40 % of the net profit after legal reserve and other reserve from the separate Financial Statement, excepting there is (if any) other asset investment. However, dividend payments depend upon the company’s cash flow as well. For subsidiaries and related companies, dividend payments would be conform with the company policy, with the consideration of subsidiaries and related companies board of directors.
