Whistleblowing and Complaint Channels

Thai Polycons Public Company Limited has established channels for whistleblowing and complaints to enable all stakeholders to report any concerns or impacts arising from the Company’s operations, or from actions by its executives or employees involving:

  • Violations of the law

  • Breaches of the Code of Conduct

  • Suspected acts of fraud, corruption, or unethical behavior

Stakeholders may submit complaints, suggestions, or whistleblowing reports through the following channels:

Whistleblower and Complainant Protection Measures

  • The identity of whistleblowers, complainants, or individuals cooperating in the investigation will not be disclosed by the Company. Any information that could lead to the identification of such individuals will be kept strictly confidential.
  • The Company will treat all related information with strict confidentiality. Disclosure will be made only to the extent necessary, taking into account the safety and potential harm to the whistleblower, complainant, or cooperating parties.
  • In the event that whistleblowers, complainants, or cooperating individuals are at risk of harm, distress, or serious danger, the Company will take appropriate and fair measures to mitigate such impact.
  • The Company will not take any unfair action against whistleblowers or complainants. This includes but is not limited to job transfers, changes in duties or workplace, suspension, harassment, obstruction of work, dismissal, or any other acts that could be considered unfair treatment due to their involvement in whistleblowing or cooperating with investigations.
  • The Company does not impose penalties or disciplinary actions against employees who report wrongdoing or file complaints in good faith, even if such reports may result in a loss or disadvantage to the Company.
